  • Change and set the DNS as  8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4 (Google DNS).
  • Tick mark on the ‘Validate Settings’ upon exit.

Install the Latest Version of SilverLight

Netflix uses the silverlight for streaming the videos in Windows 10 device. You can download this from the Microsoft website manually and then install it on your device. The Silverlight must get updated automatically to the latest version through Windows Update. It is recommended to get the updates downloaded manually.
